Introduction

The North America Ghanaian Seventh-Day Adventists (NAGSDA) organization includes all Ghanaian congregations in North America, with approved membership status in the organization.

Mission Statement

The mission of the NAGSDA is to facilitate the proclamation of the everlasting gospel in the context of the three angels’ messages of Revelation 14:6-12 to all people in North America, with special emphasis on people and communities of Ghanaian origin or nationality, leading them to accept Jesus as personal Savior and to unite with His Church, and nurturing them in preparation for His soon return.

Goal Statement

To coordinate, facilitate, and mobilize human and financial resources for the development of strategies for evangelism and disciplining of peoples and communities of Ghanaian origin or nationality in North America and to support the work of the SDA Church in Ghana.

Membership Eligibility

The membership of the NAGSDA consists of local organized congregations, companies, or fellowships that have been or shall be properly organized as Ghanaian congregations in any part of the geographic territory of the North American Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, as shall be admitted into the NAGSDA by the NAGSDA Executive Committee from time to time by vote of the delegates at any regularly scheduled NAGSDA Executive Committee meeting.

Administrative Officers of NAGSDA

The Administrative Officers of the NAGSDA are president, secretary, and treasurer. These officers, in consultation with one another, carry forward the work according to plans and programs voted by the NAGSDA in Session and according to plans and policies agreed upon by the NAGSDA Executive Committee.
